Delticom: Fleet24 expands fleet competence
Delticom AG, Hanover - 04.07.2012 - Delticom, Europe's leading Internet tyres dealer, is expanding its competence in the fleet area. The company also opens now further fleet online shops in France and the Netherlands.
"In our online shops there are quality tyres for nearly every vehicle to meet every demand, including the current test winners", says Christian Schild, Key Account Manager Fleets at Delticom.
"With the opening of Flotte24.fr and Fleet24.nl our French and Dutch fleet customers are now benefiting from this expansion and can buy car, truck and motor cycle tyres via their fleet shop" adds Christian Schild. "In addition, in the course of expanding our fleet competence we have extended the product range in steel alloys in our German and Dutch fleet shops."
With the range for fleets, Delticom is turning its attention to commercial customers with from one vehicle fleet onwards. Business customers will find in each online shop a comprehensive range of products and services, which includes, among other things, car, truck and special tyres, steel and alloy rims, steel alloys, motor oils and catalysers.
The service package for fleet customers also includes a personal advisory service. An advisor is available and on-site to answer questions from those interested. "Our customers appreciate the excellent availability of tyres such like truck tyres - and certainly do not take it for granted", stresses Christian Schild. The time and cost-saving factors are crucial in many respects for purchasing decisions especially for shippers when ordering tyres," adds Andreas Wilmsmeier, Key Account Manager Utility Vehicles at Delticom. "With us fleet customers get not only an incomparable choice in truck tyres, but also the best possible prices."
Convenient online purchasing at the fleet shops - seven days a week, round the clock - is achieved with only a few clicks of the mouse. Despatch of the tyres follows as a rule in the shortest possible time; within Germany express delivery is standard - in 24 to 48 hours (after receipt of payment) the tyres required are with the customer.
The purchaser has the choice of delivery destination for his tyres; to any address of his choice or to a Delticom affiliated, professional fitting partner. New at Flotten24.de and fleettyres24.co.uk is a mobile fitting service; in Germany more than 780 and in the UK over 160 cooperating fitting stations offer this highly profitable mounting service for the fleet customers. Moreover, with Flotten24.de the purchaser has the option of choosing "fully fitted". This means that he pays Flotten24.de for both the tyres and having them mounted. In Germany there are some 400 service partner workshops offering this service to commercial customers.
