Online Tyre Dealer Delticom AG acquires Tirendo Holding GmbH
Hannover, 16 September 2013 - Delticom AG (WKN 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, stock mar-ket symbol DEX) has today signed an agreement with the shareholders of Tirendo Holding GmbH to purchase all shares in the Berlin-based online tyre retailer and its subsidiaries. The purchase price including acquired shareholder loans amounts to around EUR 50 million. The acquisition was funded with cash and credit lines.
Tirendo is a fast growing and innovative online tyre dealer. The acquisition will further strengthen the position of Delticom as the European market leader.
